2007 WISCONSIN ACT 47
AN ACT to create 443.015 of the statutes; relating to: continuing education for architects, landscape architects, professional engineers, designers of engineering systems, and land surveyors.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:
07 Act 47, s. 1 Section 1. 443.015 of the statutes is created to read:

443.015 Examining board to establish continuing education requirements. The examining board may establish continuing education requirements for renewal of a credential issued under this chapter.

Another slap in the face of all professionals in the State of Wisconsin. And just another indication of just how corrupt this state has become.
This bill is nothing more then added money for the UW-system and other special interests wanting our legislators to write laws to fill their checkbooks.
I also forgot to mention that this is really just another increase in our taxes - think about it.
